13.5.22. Removal, installation and adjustment of a trunk lid

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect a negative cable (-) of the rechargeable battery.

Observe indications of the Section Replacement of the Rechargeable Battery.

  1. Remove facing of a trunk lid, address the Section Removal and installation of facing of a trunk lid.
  2. Disunite sockets and take out from a trunk lid.

For simplification of installation it is necessary to fix a cord which after a pulling of wires remains in a cover on the ends of a wire.

  1. For repeated installation: Mark with a felt-tip pen position of balance weights of loops (3) on a trunk lid.
  1. Remove a gas-filled emphasis, address the Section Removal and installation of a door of a back (Station wagon).
  2. Ask the assistant to take a trunk lid and turn off 2 nuts of fastening (1) and (2) at the left and on the right in a trunk lid.
  3. Remove a trunk lid by means of the assistant.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Establish a trunk lid by means of the assistant into place. Expose an old cover on earlier put tags.
  2. Screw two nuts at the left and on the right.
  3. Establish a gas-filled emphasis, address the Section Removal and installation of a door of a back (Station wagon).
  4. Release maple the lock, close a trunk lid and adjust its situation so that the gap on a contour of a prileganiye was uniform, address appropriate section.
  5. Tighten a nut the moment 21 Nanometer.
  6. Further installation is carried out in the sequence, the return to removal.
  7. Attach a negative cable (-) of the rechargeable battery.

Observe indications of the Section Replacement of the Rechargeable Battery.

Check and adjustment

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Check trunk lid gaps. The gap on a contour of a prileganiye has to be uniform.
    2. And — 4.0 ± 0.5 mm
    In — 2.0 ± 0.5 mm
  1. Remove facing of overlapping of a back, address the Section Removal and installation of facings (Sedan).
  1. Weaken nuts (1) so that it was possible to displace maple the lock (2).
  1. Close a trunk lid and adjust a gap on a prileganiye contour.
  2. Open a trunk lid and tighten nuts of fastening of the maple lock the moment of 8 Nanometers.
  3. Establish into place facing of overlapping of a back, address the Section Removal and installation of facings (Sedan).
  1. Remove rubber covers (2) on an emphasis at the left and on the right and screw an emphasis (1) completely in a trunk lid.
  1. Screw an emphasis so that the closed cover (3) was aflush with adjacent elements of a body, and an emphasis slightly adjoined to a cargo edge (4).
  2. Put on rubber covers an emphasis.
