13.5.27. Removal and installation of an external mirror

- Disconnect a negative cable (-) of the rechargeable battery.

|
- Open a door and take out a triangular slip from three holders of clips. At the same time at first disconnect a slip below.
|
- Turn out the screw (7) and remove a mirror with the block of adjustment (2) from a door (5).
|
|
- Disunite the socket (6). (3) – lower cover.

Installation
|
|
- Installation is carried out in the sequence, the return to removal. At the same time you monitor the correct provision of consolidation (8) at the basis of a mirror (9). Tighten the screw (7) the moment of 12 Nanometers.
- Tighten consolidation at a window frame over a triangular slip.
- Attach a negative cable (-) of the rechargeable battery.

Mirror glass replacement
Removal

|
- Disconnect a negative cable (-) of the rechargeable battery.
|
|
|
- Paste over the mirror case with a tape above and below to protect it from damage.
|
|
- Carefully hook a plastic wedge mirror glass at first below, and then above.
|
- Take out glass from the case and disunite the socket of heating of a mirror.
|

Installation
Lifting operation and installations of the car on supports is connected with danger! Therefore before carrying out operation study Poddomkrachivaniye's Section and towage.

|
- Establish glass of a mirror (4) on a basic plate (2) and join the socket of heating of a mirror.
|
|
- Insert glass into the directing pins and displace a finger (3) in a frictional spring (shooter).
|
- Record glass, at the same time you press only in the center of glass. (1) – mirror case.

- Attach a negative cable (-) of the rechargeable battery.

Replacement of the case of a mirror
Removal
|
|
- Remove mirror glass, address appropriate section.
|
- Turn out screws (4), disconnect the lower cover (3) from holders and remove down.
|
|
- Disconnect the case of an external mirror (1) from holders (arrow) and remove upward.
|
|
Installation
|
|
- Install the case of an external mirror from above on the block of adjustment (2).
- Fix the case above and below on the block of adjustment (2). At the same time holders of the block of adjustment have to enter lock hooks of the case.
- Insert from below a cover (3), record and fix.
- Establish into place mirror glass.
