14:23. Removal and installation of the switch of a trunk lid

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect a negative cable (-) of the rechargeable battery.

Observe indications of the Section Replacement of the Rechargeable Battery.

  1. Remove the luggage carrier lock, address the Section Removal and installation of the lock of a luggage carrier.
  1. Separate the small screw-driver a plastic plate (3) from a finger (1) and cast away back.
  1. Displace the contact switch (2) aside and take out it upward from the back door lock.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Installation is carried out in the sequence, the return to removal. At the same time you watch correctness of installation of basic washers between a level and the lock of a door of a back.

The contact switch on the Station wagon model back door separately is not removed and has to be replaced together with the lock.
