13.6.19. Removal and installation of facings (Station wagon)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

At a detachment of cables of system of a safety cushion surely observe security measures at the address with a safety cushion, address the Section General information and security measures.

  1. To exclude operation a head safety cushion, switch off ignition and disconnect at first negative, and then positive cables of the rechargeable battery. Instructions are provided in the Section Replacement of the Rechargeable Battery.
  2. Remove a side pillow of a back seat, address the Section Removal and installation of a back seat.
  3. Remove side facing of a luggage carrier, address appropriate section.
  4. Remove facing over a back door.
  5. Weaken screws of fastening of a safety cushion of the head in a back part.
  6. Remove a guide for a back belt, address the Section Removal and installation of a back seat belt.
  1. Turn out screws (3), disconnect facing (1) at a spring clip (2) and remove.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Installation is carried out in the sequence, the return to removal. At the same time fix a head safety cushion by new screws.
  2. Put a door sealant over facing.

During connection of the rechargeable battery in salon there should not be people.

  1. Shoot the insulating film from the negative plug of the rechargeable battery, attach at first positive (+), and then a negative cable (-) to the rechargeable battery.

Observe indications of the Section Replacement of the Rechargeable Battery.

Facing over a back door

Removal

At a detachment of cables of system of a safety cushion surely observe security measures at the address with a safety cushion, address the Section General information and security measures.

  1. To exclude operation a head safety cushion, switch off ignition and disconnect at first negative, and then positive cables of the rechargeable battery. Instructions are provided in the Section Replacement of the Rechargeable Battery.
  2. Disconnect facing behind a rack And.
  3. Remove facing of a rack of D.
  1. Press down the handle (5) and cast away a cover of the screw (4) down. For this purpose enter a thin wire into a groove (7) and open a cover.
  1. Turn out screws (3).
  2. Turn out the screw (1).
  3. Turn out the screw (7) for what displace a level in an eye for a dividing grid back.
  4. Disconnect facing (2) at a spring clip (6) and remove.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Installation is carried out in the sequence, the return to removal, at the same time tighten the screw (7) the moment of 9 Nanometers.

During connection of the rechargeable battery in salon there should not be people.

  1. Shoot the insulating film from the negative plug of the rechargeable battery, attach at first positive (+), and then a negative cable (-) to the rechargeable battery.

Observe indications of the Section Replacement of the Rechargeable Battery.

Rack of D

Removal

At a detachment of cables of system of a safety cushion surely observe security measures at the address with a safety cushion, address the Section General information and security measures.

  1. To exclude operation a head safety cushion, switch off ignition and disconnect at first negative, and then positive cables of the rechargeable battery. Instructions are provided in the Section Replacement of the Rechargeable Battery.
  2. Remove the closing roof level, address the Section Removal and installation of facings (Sedan).
  3. Disconnect a back edge of side facing of a cargo compartment, address appropriate section.
  1. Turn out the screw (3) for what displace a level in an eye for a dividing grid back.
  1. Disconnect facing (1) at two spring clips (2) and take out from side facing of a cargo compartment up.
  2. Take out facing of a rack of D (1) from facing (4) over a door back.
  3. Weaken screws of fastening of a safety cushion of the head in a back part.
  4. Turn out screws (6) and remove facing (5) over a back window.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Installation is carried out in the sequence. the return to removal. At the same time fix a head safety cushion by new screws.
  2. Put a back cover sealant over facing.

During connection of the rechargeable battery in salon there should not be people.

  1. Shoot the insulating film from the negative plug of the rechargeable battery, attach at first positive (+), and then a negative cable (-) to the rechargeable battery.

Observe indications of the Section Replacement of the Rechargeable Battery.

The closing roof level

Removal

  1. Disconnect the closing level of a roof (1) at four spring clips (2) and remove.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Installation is carried out in the sequence, the return to removal.
  2. Put a back cover sealant over closing roof level.

Side facing of a cargo compartment

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Side facing right: Disconnect a negative cable (-) of the rechargeable battery.

Observe indications of the Section Replacement of the Rechargeable Battery.

  1. Remove a side pillow of a back seat, address the Section Removal and installation of a back seat.
  2. Release half of the cargo room and take out.
  3. Remove an overlay of a cargo compartment, see below.
  1. Turn out screws (4) fastenings of an eye for baggage (5).
  1. Turn out the screw (3) and disconnect side facing (2) at spring clips (1).
  2. Right side facing: Disunite the socket socket.
  3. Take out side facing.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Installation is carried out in the sequence, the return to removal.
  2. Right side facing: Attach a negative cable (-) of the rechargeable battery.

Observe indications of the Section Replacement of the Rechargeable Battery.

Overlay of the lock of a cargo compartment

Removal

  1. Open a back door.
  1. Turn out 4 screws (1) and carefully disconnect an overlay of the lock (2) from a compartment edge at lock fingers (the shooter on an accompanying illustration). At the same time displace a plastic wedge under a slip and remove each finger separately.
