15 — the Wheel of a bent shaft. Installation is possible only in one situation: the adjusting opening of a wheel has to be over a ledge on a wheel of a gear belt
16 — Bolts with a fillet, 10 Nanometers + 90 °. Surely replace. Attention: It is allowed to apply only original bolts
17 — the Directing roller. It is fixed on the holder of the generator, pump of the hydraulic booster and the conditioner compressor
18 — the Special bolt of the directing roller, 25 Nanometers

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Mark with chalk or a felt-tip pen the direction of rotation on a maple belt.

Change of the direction of rotation of the belt which was already in work can lead to its break.

 
  1. Incline the tension device for weakening of a maple belt in the direction of an arrow on an accompanying illustration A.
  1. Fix the tension device T10060 mandrel (an arrow on an accompanying illustration B).
  1. Take off maple a belt.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Check whether all units are reliably installed (the generator, the compressor, the pump).
  2. Put on maple a belt according to a tag of the direction of rotation.
  3. At cars with the conditioner in the last turn put on a belt the compressor.
  4. Incline the tension device in the direction of an arrow (V) a little and take out a lock finger (And). After that slowly return the tension device to a starting position. At the same time check whether the belt on pulleys correctly lies.
  5. Start the engine and let's it work on single turns. Visually check a belt.
