5.2.7. Removal and installation of an additional heating element
At cars with the diesel engine the additional electric heating element is established. Thanks to it warm air, directly after an exit from the heat exchanger, heats up in addition. At the cars with the diesel engine having parking heating, the additional heating element is absent.
Removal

- Disconnect a negative cable (-) of the rechargeable battery.

- Remove a pocket from the driver, address the Section Removal and installation of a pocket from the driver.
|
- Disunite sockets (A), (In) and (C) an additional heating element. D/E/F – sockets of an additional heating element, (1/2) – contacts.

- Turn out screws (A) and take out an additional heating element (V) from a heater.

Installation
|
|
- Installation is carried out in the sequence, the return to removal.
- Insert an additional heating element (V) into a heater on pins (C) through rubber support (D).
- Attach a negative cable (-) of the rechargeable battery.
